The renovation in the Steinbergviertel district of Darmstadt focused on optimizing the floor plan of a charming bungalow, now shining in a contemporary style. Through skillful restructuring, the floor plan gained a new study, an additional bathroom, a dressing room, a leisure room, and a fireplace.

The floor plan is intentionally designed to be open and is characterized by a generous built-in wardrobe serving as a dominant island and room divider. The entire renovation is marked by openness, minimalism, abundant natural light, and elegant planning.

The house features a seamless Superquartz floor with a 10% mother-of-pearl cast from Senso. All carpentry work and the kitchen were executed by local craftsmanship masters, enhancing the connection to the surroundings.

Bathrooms with green marble and terrazzo emphasize not only a high-quality material choice but also timeless elegance. This successful blend of open spatial design, minimalist aesthetics, and light-filled ambiance creates a visually appealing and functionally optimized home.
